Bathroom leak fix

bathroom leak
We got in touch with Virgil to investigate a damp patch which had appeared in our bathroom. He tested the cistern and was unsure so put it down to condensation. A couple of days later the damp patch looked worse so we called him back. He took off the toilet and investigated but wasn't sure and couldn't find anything. The following day the downstairs neighbour suffered a huge flood. Apparently this is coming from our flat but he's still not sure how. He comes in to try and turn off our water but appears unsure how to do this. Electric Shower Replacement
This is the second time I've used Virgil's services. Not posted earlier as wanted to ensure the unit continues operating smoothly. Fixing shower and kitchen walls after leak
I unfortunately had a leak in my bathroom and kitchen. Virgil managed the work. In short this included plumbing, woodwork, tiling, painting among other work. Fixing Security Door
Door couldn't Lock properly because the bolts were out of alignment with the boltholes. I Thought the door would have to be re-hung. Virgil Plumbing suggested widening the boltholes, which worked and was cheaper.Verified reviewerJob location: IG11
