  Accessing and repairing leaking underground pipework to heating system

  Work involved digging through concrete floor in the lounge to identify source of water leak which prevented boiler from working properly. Ryan expertly identified the location of the leaking pipe and made good and reconcreted the area afterwards. All done in a very efficient and professional manner with heating and hot water restored

  Boiler fault fix and service

  Had trouble starting the central heating after summer shut-down Phoned and was offered next day visit which was good and duly arrived as promised. The fault was corrected and service completed. A happy customer.

  Fab company

  After posting about our issue we got contacted on a Sunday (we didn’t expect to have that on a weekend!) just a few hours later by Ryan, he was great at communicating what the issue could be and ordering the part swiftly, we’ve just had it fixed and I highly recommend them. We’d been previously let down by numerous other plumbers so we’ll be using them again in the future

  Replace hot water tank

  After I'd spent 3 weeks ringing around local plumbers with no luck, I posted the job on Checkatrade. Ryan contacted me within a few hours and it was all sorted just 2 days later! Very happy with the quality of work done. Professional, reliable service. Highly recommend!

  It is saddening that this has occurred. We always aim to reply and meet all customers we plan to, sometimes communication does break down and things can become muddled, it's very easy for a 'unhappy customer' to leave a bad review that doesn't always reflect the situation when something doesn't happen the exact way they demand before considering the other parties situations. A real shame and poor character

  Removal of large conservatory and installation of new bi-fold doors

  I would highly recommend Joe and his team for any building works. The communication from initial quotation through to completion was first class, as was the quality of the completed work. Joe and the team were efficient, tidy and conscientious throughout. We are now looking to engage with Virtue again to quote for some additional building work, which I suppose is the best endorsement I can provide!
