I had lost my keys whilst being on a night out. I called virtu locksmiths and they came out at 3am in the morning to get me back in. They were great and couldnt thank them enough.

Our back door had failed in the locked position. Virtu Locksmiths came out and identified the problem as a failed mechanism. They successfully gained entry to the door and replaced the mechanism all in 1 trip. They also replaced a few of our other door locks whilst they were here and upgraded them to high security locks. Virtu Locksmiths came out to me as my door was not operating properly. After they assessed the door they identified the problem as a bowed door slab which would require a new door. The door was also rotting. They measured and quoted for a new door of my choice. I was extremely happy with the quote and went ahead with the new door. 2 of the virtu engineers came out on a Sunday and fitted the door for me. Both gentleman were lovely and very professional. I am extremely happy with the service. Will definitely be recommending Virtu Locksmiths to all my friends and family.
