  John telephoned and we agreed a date and time for someone to come and give us a quote. He reiterated more than once that he would call at lunchtime on the day of the meeting to confirm. He never telephoned at any time either to confirm or cancel, nor did I receive any other form of contact. At the time of the agreed appointment that evening, nobody turned up.

  Finding and fixing a leak in the roof

  Disappointed to have to make this review but it needs to be said. Initial contact from posting the job was very good, prompt in getting back to me re the job and came over the have a look at the roof. Quoted what work was needed at what I thought was a reasonable price and came round the following weekend to do the work. The work competed didn't resolve the issue and the leak remained. Spoke over the phone and promised to return. They replied to messages promising to return but never turned up on dates promised. Now they're ignoring all contact.

  Door canopy felt replace and replace gutter connecter with seal

  They done really well with neat and clean. Explained well before start work and clean whole area after their work. Now it's looked like as new. Thank you Loewi, George and John for the good service.

  Clean and repair gutters and facia

  I needed a loose gutter repairing and the remaining gutters soffit and facials cleaning out. All of the work was carried out very quickly, efficiently and with no fuss. The guys have transformed the look of the house with the visible areas of cleaning and repaired the hanging gutter so I'm confident going into autumn that we won't have water running down the wall of the house. Virtuous went the extra mile by repairing and rebedding a bit of collapsed wall near the drive, getting another job out of the way whilst they were on site. Brilliant work around.
