I am surprised to see the review after the work has completed. You could stopped the work half way if you were not happy with the work. For me it looks like you are trying to find errors just not to pay the balance of £5,500. I have agreed to rectify the minor issues here and there but you are not interested. As I told you, some customers asked us to show our recent work and I will show your property as you agreed over the phone. We will take on the work and I would like to come and have a look at the work and speak to the customer. Just to prove that you are just being difficult so you don't have to pay the balance.
