  Vision design developments ltd completed two semi detached new builds for us during 2023. Their construction knowledge, service, planning, communication with us and other stakeholders such as architects was brilliant. Their workmanship and finish was excellent. Highly recommend them for any project!

  Gurpreet and his team were excellent. Very tidy and respectful, always on time and great communication throughout. The work was finished to a high standard. We couldn’t have asked for more and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them or to use them again!

  Couldn’t ask for anymore to be honest. On time always on site and if not knew before hand. Great communication and has created my dream home. Also gave advice where to save money. My wife is very happy also so that’s an easy life for me.

  Rear ground floor extension

  Gurpreet was fantastic. This was the first time we were ever doing any building work on the property (or ever), he guided us through the experience kindly and informatively. He advised and explained the process carefully, offering opinions and solutions. The final extension (open plan living room and kitchen, with under the stairs bathroom) was incredible. The finish of the extension was beautiful, and his workers cleaned as they won't on. It is exactly how I wanted it and Gurpreet made that possible.

  1st floor large extension

  I had a large 32sqm 1st floor extension completed, whilst living in the house with our 2 children. I have to say Gurpreet and the entire team were excellent. The work was completed to a very high standard on time and on agreed cost. The team were always on hand to advise us and answer questions , and always in a friendly and professional manner. I would highly recommend Vision Design Development
