    Nick contacted me straight away, called round same day and checked the problems I was having with constant buffering on smart tv. He checked my broadband speed and all settings, gave helpful advice and asked that I contact him in one week to let him know all was resolved and working fine. He quoted for the work at the initial phone call and gave a written detailed receipt of the job. Very impressed and would definitely recommend, oh and he was great with my dog.
