Had first call out to sort radiators then came back to service boiler and replace several things in the boiler. We now have hot water and working radiators Thank you Tom

Have used Tom twice now, both times he has come out with us giving him short notice. Quick diagnosis and quick to fix the problem, would definately use him from now on and reccomend!

Tom is very professional and a great communicator, happy to explain technical details in simple terms. The work was carried out quickly and efficiently in a tidy manner. Great service, thank you!

The new tank was fitted and worked for about three months. I contacted Tom and he came and replaced the element. It did not work. He said the electrician would be in touch. I heard nothing. I contacted the electrician. He hadn't heard from Tom. He said it was a plumbing problem. I contacted Tom again and have heard nothing since. I have employed another plumber who says that Tom has used an element for a copper cylinder in a stainless steel tank. Also the element was too short and would not have heated the water. And the connection has been leaking and damaged my kitchen ceiling. I'm furious!

We cannot thank or recommend Tom at vision enough. Our old boiler broke, and we wanted to replace it for a combo boiler. Tom was competitively priced, ran us through our options - and more importantly he worked around us with our young child as the cold nights crept in, putting in a mammoth day to get the job done and get the heating on! Very pleased.

Tom was very reasonable when I contacted him about our ongoing issues we had with our boiler / heating. He came out quickly and on time when he said he would. He talked us through the job, and completed the works to the cost he quotes, even though he came across more problems during the work! Will definitely use Vision again, highly recommended.
