  Brilliant service from start to finish a lovely bloke no way pushy like others I’ve dealt with in the past. Told us what he recommend with no hidden costs. Our cctv is absolutely spot and our alarm system is really easy to operate he also went the extra mile to help with our TVs and I really appreciate this. I would highly recommend Steve from vision . 10/10

  Checked and spent a lot of time trying to fix existing system which clearly needed replaced. New system installed and excellent again in terms of what was needed and price. Installed very professionally and explained new system. Would certainly use again for the other services they provide.

• Replacing sky dish

  Steve and his team spent so much time ensuring they fixed our problem in our block of flats and installed a new sky dish. There were problems not of their making, but they were happy to stick with it and communicated with the 5 households involved. Always super polite and were very helpful in doing a bit extra for a couple of our residents.

  Steve responded to my initial quote request within the hour. We had a good chat about what I was looking to do and he offered to come out and take a proper look before quoting his price. Upon arrival, Steve was extremely knowledgeable and accommodating when arranging a date that suited me. Fantastic customer service overall and answered all my questions with well informed answers. Steve completed the work to a professional standard and I would recommend him to anyone. I will be sure to come back to him for any similar work in the future. 10/10.

  The installer was very informant, he made sure that we were getting the most suitable alarm system for our needs. He was very clean and tidy with the minimum disturbance to us and made very sure that we understood the system before he left. He installed a chime on the door sensor so that we knew if the door was opened when the system was not set. I would highly recommend him.

• Removal of old Sky dish and external cable

  Steve responded to my job within minutes and gave a clear description of what he'd do and the price - he was also able to do the job within 48hrs (or at another time to suit me) He was friendly and arrived bang on time and did a great job removing the dish and cable and siliconing the holes - he even took the dish and cable away saving me a trip to the dump!
