  New Flat Roof on Studio

  Kevin Nelson was really helpful. From the first discussions to replace my roofing he advised the best solution and gave cost comparisons between products. He explained the lifetime guarantee of this product and gave examples of where he previously fitted it and how much value for money was involved. He displays an affable and kind mannerism and was very polite and patient and explained how the roofing was fixed and edged. I was incredibly impressed with Kevin’s professionalism and skills and the finished roof is watertight, looks amazing and Kevin’s knowledge reassured me throughout.

  Decking

  Decided to go with Millboard decking. A bit more expensive but worth every penny. Kevin and his colleagues did a great job, accurate quote, very friendly and courteous and would recommend. Really thrilled with my new deck! (Only reason gave 8 for reliability was due weather but not really his fault when you do the work he does!)

  Landscape garden

  From the quote stage to visualizing the design and execution, Kevin and his team have done a fantastic job. We changed the plan halfway through with better materials and Kevin advice was spot on. I would recommend them to everyone, friends and family

  Replacement Supalite Conservatory Roof.

  Before starting this work, I had met a number of contractors who quoted me different prices for the work and I thought it was a bit of a minefield with a limited understanding of how it would warm/cool my room in the different climatic conditions. I chose Visual Build mainly because I felt that I connected with Kevin who runs the company, he was calm, polite, and gave a good description of the works and costs. The works have now been completed and all is well despite some challenging weather, and 2 winter storms. I'm happy with the outcome and would recommend Visual Build and Supalite.

  Cloakroom: Paint, Wallpaper, Lighting, Flooring and fixtures.

  I have had many contractors in my home over the years but Kevin was one of the best! He was efficient, extremely organized, tidy and pleasant to work with. Best of all his work was impeccable and his price was better than others I'd gotten quotes for. I will definitely rely on Kevin at Visual Build for all my future projects.
