We had Visualise Designs manage the complete overhaul of our bathroom. Richard took on board our thoughts and patiently redesigned, adding little points he thought would enhance the finished look. Once we agreed on the design we placed an order with Richard after he had taken us to view products. Hans then came and fitted our bathroom and was professional, polite and considerate. The finish was so much better than we could ever have imagined. I cannot recommend the company enough and most of all its because both Richard and Hans are both thoroughly nice people.

I looked for a company who would help me through the difficult process of renovating my bathrooms. From design, to sourcing the sanitary ware etc, to installation and continued support after completion, Visualise Design did not disappoint. Richard has now designed and project managed five bathroom refurbishments for me. He is simply the best and I would not consider using anyone else. His eye for design both in terms of style and colour is second to none. He was able to take me to bathroom showrooms to show me options and to advise on what was practical for the particular application. His project management skills are very good. I arranged a holiday whist the last two bathrooms were reformed. Both bathrooms were completed to such a high standard; hardly a surprised based on the excellent service Richard always provides.

I used Visualise Designs to replace my bathroom which was tired and in need of modernisation. Richard was friendly, responsive and highly professional from start to finish. He designed the bathroom and then diligently selected products to bring the design to reality. He is a great project manager and kept me fully apprised and offering pragmatic solutions to any issues. When there were issues with one of the products (which was absolutely no fault of Visualise Designs I should be clear), Richard tenaciously followed through to a successful conclusion which also demonstrates commitment.

Richard was a pleasure to deal with. He is an expert in bathroom design, and helped transform our outdated bathroom to something modern and fresh. Great customer service also, even when we had to delay our bathroom fit. Would highly recommend Visualise Designs!
