We’ve been using VLC Plumbing for the last five years since moving into our property, and I can’t recommend them highly enough. Straightforward, honest, and fair are the first words that come to mind. Always reliable, always does a fantastic job, and turns up exactly when he says he will. A brilliant guy — 5 out of 5 stars.

Lyes was professional and organised and arrived as advised. He was knowledgeable and informative about the cause and solution for the work needed. Bonus points for being a lovely guy!

Lyes came to fix a leak from my washing machine. He talked me through the diagnosis, checked the details, quickly resolved the issue and demonstrated that it was fixed. I then asked if he had time to look at an ongoing leaking sink tap that another plumber had said would need the removal of the kitchen counters to resolved. Not only did he resolve it without any disruption to the kitchen, he did so extremely quickly and while he was at it, replaced the cartridge in another tap which had become stiff. Finally he presented his bill which was much more reasonable than I had expected.

Our outside tap was leaking. I left a message for Lyes and he not only responded within a few hours, but managed to come out and replace it the same day.

Very prompt, professional and did an excellent job. Would highly recommend.
