We came home to find we had no lights or power in the house. we called Voiturer. Les suggested a few simple things we could check but to no avail, he was very helpful and patient and arranged to call round within the hour. The fault was soon rectified and everything was returned to normal. Job location: TN19We called Les in the morning following an evening of issues with our electrics tripping out. He was on his way to a job, but took the time to discuss the issue and try to problem-solve over the phone. Les was able to come to us by lunchtime, and sorted the problem, explaining what he was doing at each step. The issue was not straight forward, but he persisted, and all was fixed. Would recommend, and I’ll be keeping his details handy should we need an Electrician again.10 EICR and testing

I had a tripping issue when the garden lights were turned on leaving me without power. I contacted Les and he was with me within 2 hours. He resolved the issue quickly. Whilst he was present I asked him to check all the electrics, which he did and issued me an EICR the next day.
