Consumer unit upgrade, bathroom light install, gas and water mains bonding
Lauren, Dion and Connie at Volt Electrical Solutions were fantastic. I needed a consumer unit replacement, gas and water bonding, and some minor works. After being ignored by several other companies, Lauren responded quickly, answered all my questions, and provided a fair quote the same day. Connie arrived on time, explained everything clearly, and treated my flat with care. Lauren then sent all completion documents promptly. Light Fixtures
Dion was consistently friendly and polite to deal with, as were his staff who visited to complete the job - replacing some lights and disconnecting others in one of our rooms. They described exactly what they would do, kept the area tidy, and covered over the lights they had removed afterwards, giving us full instructions on how to adjust the lights if we need to. Excellent service at reasonable prices!
Dion was incredibly helpful in diagnosing a fault with our extractor fan remotely (avoiding a call out charge), providing some options for replacement parts, sourcing them and then installing.
