Arrived 1.5 hrs late. Appalling english. Everything 'no problem' but didnt do as I asked. Belongings piled on pavement as they had under estimated quantity. Didnt empty one room at a time as I'd asked and been told 'no problem '. Rude main man. Making decisions without asking me. Very poor communication. Broke expensive vase but not returning calls or emails. Added extras that I wasnt told about. Beds went in wrong rooms and they refused to swap them. I was so disappointed with how they have behaved as they promised I eouldnt be disappointed. I was very disappointed. Poor service all round.

I was little reluctant as price as cheap but they were able to finish the job within 3 hours which was the initial booking time. Definitely recommended

Do not under any circumstances use this so called removal firm. I read the reviews and two people said they didn't turn up. I thought this may just be disgruntled customers because moving from London to Stoke on Trent they were the cheapest. More fool me. The arrangement was to meet me st the storage place by 10aam...to be helpful I brought all my stuff down from locker to ground floor. 11.30, no show, not even answering my calls. Story cut short, I had to phone around and get another firm last minute. Still waiting on my DEPOSIT??

Absolute joke of a company. Do not use them! Was told they would arrive at 11 for a flat move. Someone didn’t arrive until gone 4. Then the movers wanted more money or wouldn’t give me my stuff at the new place. Phoned this company who told me to negotiate with the men. They left my stuff. Now it’s almost 6pm and I still need to move. No does picking up the phone of course. Lies throughout the day. Don’t use them. Don’t trust them! You get what you pay for.
