James (Vortex) got in touch very promptly after I posted my job on CheckaTrade. I sent him some basic info (text & photos) via WhatsApp on the job (re-furbishment of our downstairs cloakroom). He did a site visit & gave me some very good advice on the type of toilet we needed (Back to Wall rimless & hidden cistern). James fitted it all to a high standard and we are very happy with the work he has completed for us. James and his assistant (James) arrived on time & worked in a clean and professional manner respecting our house. Both are very personable characters and we would highly recommend

Really helpful, friendly and punctual

I contacted Vortex Plumbing on line who were advertised as a trusted company. Making contact was quick and positive. As soon as Welsh Water confirmed there was a leak Vortex arranged a visit, followed soon after with the company arriving to repair the leak. They replaced old lead piping under the hallway floor and further into the house, remaining on site until the work had been completed. They worked cleanly. cleareded up neatly afterwards, having repaired the leak and fitted new piping completing the job in a highly professional manner.

James helped us through the whole process from the initial visit right through to completion he was very helpful and did a fantastic job on our new bathroom. I would highly recommend this company.

Really fast response, they fitted me in and were able to do a quick repair of my shower on the spot when they arrived to see the job. Unable to test it yet but they are willing to come back if it needs a different solution. James also did a couple of small running repairs while he was here. Very friendly and helpful.
