Initially they contacted me asking me to upload a photo and to use whatsapp. I replied explaining that I am unable to do either as I do not have a smartphone and I don't understand modern technology. Since then I have not had a reply from them. If I could send them a photo it would only show the shower on the wall, not what is wrong with it.

Jobs done to a high spec and all clearing up afterwards. Stayed until job was done. Very pleased.

I called James around 12 noon today to ask if he could replace a mixer tap for me. He called just before 4pm and done the job. He is friendly and professional and my 'go to' plumber.

This company was not known to me but their standard of work was excellent from start to finish and I would happily recommend them to others.

I phoned 4 different repairs near me and James was the only one who replied even after getting back from holidays the same day! Was out within 10mins and boiler quickly fixed for me! Talked me through every step and showed me what to do if it happened again! Can't thank him enough and would highly recommend

We have just had our bathroom completely renovated by VTPS and Prism tiles. James from VTPS, came to do a quick plumbing job he was so good, so trustworthy and professional that we asked him to do our bathroom and I’m so glad we did! We have mobility issues and he helped us make the right decision for our bathroom, we now have a beautifully accessible walk in shower. He has given us contacts for virtually every other trade, including Prism tiles, who are equally trustworthy and his knowledge is 2nd to none! He’s a great communicator, extremely knowledgeable and 100% recommend VTPS!
