Vinny has again come to our rescue to fix our boiler issue, he found time in his busy schedule to help, and as always, was friendly & courtesy & fixed the issue within no time. He clearly explained exactly what the problem was & how we could fix it in future. Thank you! :)

I have had Vincent several times and would always use him, so reliable, friendly and tidy. Very helpful when facing problems.The flush on my cistern wasn't working properly. Vincent always answers texts which is very good. He always gives a day very quickly. Needed to replace unit so went and bought one. Returned and fixed it. He spent a lot of time adapting existing unit and was very thorough. Being 81 it's comforting to know I can call on him and he'll come quickly to help. A lovely kind and helpful man. I'd call on him anytime for help and advice.
