Carlos did an amazing job cleaning my cooker, hob and extractor. Had my cooker cleaned by other companys and this has been the best. cooker looks like new. Would highly recommed this company and will book again.

The man was very polite and certainly knew his job. He explained what he was doing, which was most helpful. The oven and hob look absolutely great, it looks brand new. He tidied up when he had finished and I can thoroughly recommend this company.

Guys we’re lovely however when floor was dry and we couldn’t inspect then check the work there were patches missed which don’t have a sheen on Communication with company to rectify this is appalling they only communicate by email and I should not expect a reply for 7-10 days which is not satisfactory when the rooms are pulled out and you should expect someone to get back in touch with a date they will return to repair the work. They were paid in full on the day so clearly they are not interested in after sales customer satisfaction. I have called them 3 times and sent photos to emails

Very pleased with the company. Sorted out an appointment quickly and gave lots of details on what they did etc. James who did the work messaged before arriving and was pleasant and worked hard to achieve a very clean oven. I will be using Vulcan again. I don't like cleaning ovens and they take the stress away.
