Fitting a new kitchen and needed someone to remove old gas hob and cap pipe and re fit new one. Meanwhile bumped on a hot water pipe that needed lowering. Vyan dotted that pretty fas and fitted in new hob and sorted plugs for oven as well.

We called Vyan in when a plumber we had been using wasn't able to cure a fault in our heating. That guy told us we needed "a real plumber" and we found one. Vyan pursued a number of issues, including giving advice over the phone while away on holiday, until all was sorted. He's very good at explaining what he's doing and why.

Vyan was an absolute pleasure to deal with. A boiler replacement and location move—especially one requiring a new external gas pipe run—is a big job, but Vyan handled it perfectly. He explained everything clearly and made sure all work adhered to strict safety regulations. It’s incredibly refreshing to find a tradesperson who takes such immense pride in their work. I will be recommending him to everyone I know.

Boiler totally failed in recent freezing weather, so after feeling let down by another trader, we reached out to Vyan and Jane who could not have been more helpful to get us out of a bad situation, and immediately we felt in safe hands. Vyan came quickly and attempted to get the boiler going, but having advised it was beyond economic repair he went out of his way to get a replacement boiler installed and up and running just 2 days later. Vyan was friendly, conscientious, and professional throughout, and made sure to explain all aspects of the work clearly. We absolutely recommend Vyan.
