  Repairing a leak in outdoor water pipe.

  Spoke to Richard on the evening of Thursday 9th February and he came the next morning to have a look at the problem. He was punctual, polite and friendly. The leak was fixed in no time (replaced old worn pipe) and he was happy to make another visit on Monday 13th (at no additional charge) to replace a connecting part to the new pipe which had started to dribble water. Would definitely contact Richard again with any water repair problems and recommend him to others

  Repairs to my Dad's WC

  I contacted Richard on Wednesday regarding my elderly father's broken WC. Richard called in the same day and we discussed possible remedial works. Richard recommended repairs rather than a replacement WC. Work was carried out the next day. Excellent, can't praise Richard enough for his prompt help and courtesy to my Dad. Thank you

  Attended to leaking toilet and fixed everything.
