10 New electronic roller garage door

I contacted the company on the Monday. On the Wednesday Kieran came out to give me a quote, which I was happy with, and just two weeks later I had a new garage door. Richard and his team were great, fitting a wonderful new door, replacing the garage light for me and clearing up perfectly afterward. I used Wakefield Garage Doors Ltd about 12 years ago to fit a new door. The service was top class, so when the motor failed on our door last Friday, I could do no better than call Richard. Because it was a Friday, he told me that he was very busy and promised to call me on Monday, which he did. We agreed a suitable time on Monday afternoon for him and his colleague to call around and sort out our problem, which they duly did in a remarkably swift and efficient hour or so. So our problem was sorted out within one working day of reporting. I cannot speak highly enough of this company. First class treatment from start to finish. An initial request for indicative pricing was responded to very rapidly, followed by a visit from Kieran to provide a formal quote. Really honest about potential timeliness and thoroughly explained the different options and prices. Fitting was done to a very high standard, and we are really happy with the results. Original door failed approx one week after we moved into the property in September. Wakefield Garage doors came round on Friday evening and made it secure. They quoted competitively for two like for like replacement doors, manual & electric. At my request they recommended a builder to carry out the necessary structural work and then quoted for supply and installation of a single 5.4m wide electric door once the building work was done. They were polite, helpfull, competitive, accommodating, came when they said the would and did a really good job.
