Excellent service all round. A different tengineer initially came to the property 8 days ago to check on a faulty dryer. He diagnosed it as a motor problem and said he would order replacement for parts. Waqas came 2 days later with said replacement parts but found that the issue had been misdiagnosed and he actually needed to order a new filter. He returned this morning and had the dryer working in no time.

My Ice and Water Dispenser stopped working on my Neff American Style Fridge Freezer on the record hottest day in June this year. I made many phone calls but could not find anybody who could attend to this work urgently. Then Waqas returned my call, listened to my story, checked my postcode, and got his colleague Usman, who covers the Kingston area, to contact me. Usman visited next morning, systematically investigated and solved the problem, was courteous and efficient throughout, and left the Fridge Freezer area in a tidy state. It was a real pleasure to have him sort this problem.

Fantastic service from Waqas. He came to repair my washing machine and fixed the issues quickly and professionally. He kindly also had a look at my oven while he was there and was able to tell me what the problem was and ordered the parts. He came back and replaced the fan. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and explained everything clearly. Both appliances are now working perfectly. Highly recommended Waqas. Thank you again!!

Waqas was great- was able to replace the hob on the same day as delivery and was very efficient.

Waqas responded very quickly and visited my rental flat the same day. The work was carried out and the fault with the washing machine was fixed. I am very happy with his work and will contact him again if I have any appliance issues.
