All electrical as part of refurbishment - new sockets, lights, heaters
I hired Neil to help me with the electrics in my flat refurbishment. He's handled everything I've asked - which has been quite a lot - ranging from new sockets, to getting wires behind walls and floorboards as well as installing new heaters. He is reasonably priced and absolutely lovely. He did the job very well and there were no problems. I'm managing this project myself and he's been nothing but helpful and patient. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.
We needed some general electrical work done, moving switches, replacing pendent lights, etc
Neil arrived bang on time, was friendly and went over what we asked him to do. Went about the work of changing our pendent light fittings, fitting outside security light and moving bathroom switch and replacing bathroom light. All done in a very professional way and to a very high standard. Would highly recommend.
Replaced the fuse box
Couldn't be more impressed with Neil. Carried out the work required quickly, quietly and tidily. Did a bit of work changing cabling and only charged for the cables, nothing for the extra time. Also really kindly came back to do the work at the weekend as was working from home and didnt realise how long the electric would be off for. Would 100% use again and recommend.
Fitting lighting in loft and dinning room
Neil, arrived as scheduled. We discussed fitting positioning etc. He then completed the loft lighting and the dinning room light with no fuss and as we discussed. He asked for me to check everything when finished and he cleared up afterwards. Nice chatting too! Thumbs up!
Checking electrics and providing a landlord certificate
I contacted Neil after finding his number in a local free ad magazine, he was very helpful and advised me on what was needed. He fitted me in and checked my property, there was a few problems with the electrics,he gave me a competitive quote upon my request and returned to complete work needed and provided me with the relevant paperwork I needed. I found Neil very reliable and professional and would certainly recommend and use him again.
Fault finding and Oven Fitted.
I called Neil having found him on Check a Trade as a well known company claimed to be unable to install my new oven due to a “fault” Neil very kindly offered to attend the same day and within minutes he had performed tests and found that there was no fault. He kindly offered to fit the oven there and then for me. I found Neil to be friendly and reliable and on that basis I have asked him to come back in 2 weeks’ time to carry out some other electrical work that I would like done.
