Communication was fine and polite. They just don't deal with this type of door.

We recently had a new composite door installed, it was a fantastic job with great communication throughout.

On recommendation from a friend, we asked Ben Meade of Walkern Windows to call and give us a quote for a new front door. He did this with the minimum of fuss and said the order would take approximately 6 weeks. The door arrived on time, was fitted in a morning and it is an excellent job. Ben left the work area clean and tidy and took the time to explain the lock workings etc. We would have no hesitation in recommending Walkern Windows.

Walkern Windows removed my old conservatory today. I chose this company after having my windows replaced a couple of years ago. Excellent service again. Ben and another colleague arrived on time, completed the job and repaired brick work on the house following the removal. No rubbish left behind; clean and tidy. From the first contact, swift responses from Jade to arrange quotes and timings. I cannot fault the service. Will use again. Thank you.
