    After I had a bad experience earlier in the year with another company failing to show up when scheduled, David agreed to come on a Saturday morning so I wouldn't have to take time off work. On the morning of the work he had problems with his van and was unable to make it, but he kept me fully informed and arranged to come out on the Sunday morning, which is a day he doesn't normally work. I had been getting moisture coming in through my bedroom wall as a result of there being lots of vegetation growing in my rear gutter, and since David cleaned them out, the damp patch has dried right up.
