Top Service & Professionalism
I had an issue with my boiler (no hot water), left messages with a few companies. David got into contact right away. Gave me a time slot. On the day he said he would be earlier if ok, which was perfect for me. Was polite and courteous and answered all my questions with clarity. Diagnosed the issue, went out to get the part, came back quickly and fixed the diverter valve. Gave me advice on boilers and parts. Excellent job,heatibg restored.
Our gas combi boiler had stopped working just before the weekend. We tried various firms but David contacted us in a positive way and arranged to take a look on the Monday. The fault was identified in a careful way as it wasn' t so obvious as it was a fault with the flue. Straightforward, polite, efficient service without fuss service.
David visited promptly and on time, having phoned beforehand. Discussed the problem and investigated the installation, replacing a defective valve on the heating system. Then went through what he had done and made had a general visual inspection of the boiler installation.
