They were very responsive and communicative the whole through the process. They had experience with our particular issue, a bush growing out of an old chimney stack, which was very reassuring. They were transparent, explained what everything would cost and gave us options for how to tackle the problem. The price was reasonable compared to other quotes. They also showed us pictures of before, during the process and after. They were friendly, helpful and polite. We're happy with the job they've done and would recommend them.
