Original install failed despite providing all required info, rearranged for today. This was confirmed by text by Troy directly. I prepared access and areas for work at 07:45 and waited in all day. Troy was a no show, no answer to calls, texts or messages. At 18:57 the install was cancelled by email without explanation.

Excellent service provided. Difficult installation because the main distribution unit was in the centre of the house and we have got solid floors which made the cable routing difficult. However Troy was very helpful, worked out the best route, and the installation went perfectly. Highly recommended.

Troy and his son were both courteous, professional and efficient. A pleasure to do business with. It wasn’t a straight forward install but were able to give suggestions/solutions to the problem. Would highly recommend and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

Really great service from initial enquiry to completion. Troy was able to fit me in at short notice and had great comms throughout to make sure the OLEV grant would be approved. Really pleased with the finished job, looks neat and finished well. Troy and James made sure the unit/wiring looked smart and even took the time to move it part way through to make sure it looked as neat as possible. Would really recommend the team, they do exactly what they say they will which is reassuring but then they also go the extra mile to ensure a good job. Thanks Troy/James
