  To paint and decorate a large Victorian Hallway, including walls, ceilings, doors and woodwork.

  I am extremely unhappy with the painting work I had carried out by Walldone. They used acrylic paint without primer on all my doors and woodwork, originally an oil based finish. This immediately began to scratch off. To fix this issue they applied a primer ( to be used on virgin wood) with a roller followed by more acrylic. At no point did they lay off the stippling caused by using a roller. Resulting in the surface of all my doors and frames being destroyed. All doors are now rough and uneven with an awful orange peel finish. It will cost £5000+ to fix. They failed to respond to our letter.

  I cannot recommend this company highly enough, the work they have done is first class , delighted .

  These guys were fantastic I can’t thank them enough for what they have done. They went above and beyond and couldn’t do enough for me. I will highly recommend them to anyone that is needing work done. I will certainly be using them again. Very polite and worked very hard to get my room looking like a room instead of a disaster zone. Massive thanks to Adrian and Martin .

  Floor sanding

  Adrian and his team did a fantastic job sanding my original floorboards. I’m thrilled with them. They were hidden under layers and layers of flooring and I thought they were beyond repair. They did the full flat in 3 days - a messy job but they left the place spotless. Adrian and his colleague also built me wardrobes inside my box room - no easy feat as they needed to be built in situ. He fitted me in in short notice and although it took a bit of problem solving, Adrian was only too happy to helps

  Laying a porcelain tile patio

  I highly recommend Adrian and his team, who did a fabulous job. We have a very old property and the back garden patio was full of old slate tiles many of which were broken and lifted by the many tree roots. The prep work to break up and remove the tiles plus dig out the roots was a tough job. Our new patio is just awesome and perfectly even. The tiles had to be cut round the stone walls and I am so pleased with the end result. We now have a fabulous area to enjoy as a family. The guys worked hard, were pleasant and I wouldn’t hesitate to have them again.
