Reliable and thorough
Came back from 3 months in NZ to find that 2 of our rooms in our house in Wallsend had suffered some damage due to water penetration When looking for a company to do some reporting my wife noticed that Warmseal , who we had used before to cure a condensation problem also did repointing. They called in a few days later from a job in Newcastle to assess the job. After a thorough examination they explained that to solve the problem they would need to grind out all of the old cement, repoint all of the east facing wall and give it a waterproof seal.
