Power and lighting installation.
Led spotlights installed, controlled off switch inside front door. These can also be switched via a PIR ( movement and light level sensor) or a timer or both.
Wireless alarm system fitted with 2 door contacts and 2 PIR's. An alarm bell was fitted to the outside of the property.
