  We posted our job on Facebook looking for recommendations and received a reply from Walserve, after a phone conversation we were given a time for later in that afternoon, we received updates throughout and the work was completed by 5pm. Really pleased and would definitely use again.

  Excellent service. Had a boiler fail and he came out within a couple of hours after a video consultation. My boiler was up and running within 15 minutes. Can't recommend enough

  Brilliant service from Joe. Came earlier than expected and called ahead to make sure it was ok. Really good at explaining how the boiler and water cylinder work and even went the extra mile and set up a timer for the hot water for us! Explained the service really well and identified an issue with our boiler, which he'll be returning to sort out. Would definitely use him again, 10/10.
