New boiler installed
Michael is a gentleman, articulate and professional. He communicated exceptionally well throughout the process and was honest and upfront about the costs involved. He took the stress and workload for myself out of the job by dealing with all aspects of the job including liaising and communicating with tenants and neighbours on my behalf. Blocked kitchen drain cleared
The gentleman arrived on time, was very friendly and sociable, the work was done within half an hour and he asked me to check that I was happy with the work done. I was and paid the agreed price (which in itself was cheaper than several other quotes I had obtained) He asked me to let him know if any problems came about and he was very communicative, at all stages letting us know what he was doing. Really nice guy, worked quickly and efficiently and charges a very reasonable rate compared to many others.
