Really genuine, honest fellar. Sorted my job out instantly with no fuss. Very professional, reliable and honest!

Chris could not have been more patient and reliable. I ordered the wrong part initially so I wasted his time when he first visited. He returned as promised after ordering the correct part for us a few days later and carried out a very tricky repair (as the integrated machine was not easy to pull out and access). We would definitely use Walsh appliance services again, Chris is a credit to the company.

Replied promptly to my messages, was very clear on pricing and time of arrival. Was in and out within the hour, no hassle.... very professional and friendly.

He responded within a few minutes to my initial request; asked sufficient questions to understand the job and agreed an appointment time suitable to me. Chris turned up on time, did the work quickly and efficiently with perfect results. He also gave me very useful information about how to avoid similar situations arising in the future.
