Steve came out the same day we called him, he's very professional, knowledgeable, explained what he would do to sort the problem, booked follow up visits, turned up when he said he would, cannot thank him enough for the work he did and the reassurance he gave, would not hesitate to recommend him.Verified reviewerJob location: BN1710 Emergency Pest / Vermin Control Service
