  Flooring, skirting and repairs to kitchen units in flood damaged kitchen

  Really nice father and son team, went out of their way to make sure that things were done exactly as we wanted. Even threw in a couple of extras like replacing a door lock we needed doing. We are really happy with the new flooring and repairs to our kitchen units, all done to an excellent standard of quality. So happy in fact that we have booked them in to do our living room flooring and repairs to our outside wall. 10 out of 10.

  Hard standing laid, retaining wall built, steps built

  I can't speak highly enough of W and W Property Maintenance. They are a homeowner' s dream team! Our typical experience is of trades people being unreliable and not always taking pride in the work. W and W are the opposite - completely reliable, punctual and a pleasure to interact with. Work was to an extremely high standard and we appreciated them checking what we wanted at each key stage. Otherwise, they were so unobtrusive that we experienced no disturbance. They took pride in their work and always kept the site tidy. Have booked them to do another job. So pleased to have found them
