Chosen simply because I immediately liked Jimmy and I just had a good feeling about him. A very Fair quote given on the estimation day which intrigued my neighbour to also book Jimmy to do the same on her property at the same time. Quality of work is excellent, the rest of the team were all nice and respectful of my property. We are both over the moon with the transformation and they left the area clean and tidy, We will definitely be keeping his number in my phone for future improvements.

We were kept informed of each stage of the work and knew what was happening each day. Jimmy is a joy to work with as are the tradesmen who work for him. They went above and beyond what we asked for and our property is now a joy to look at and to be proud of again. Thank you Jimmy and the boys, you are a credit to each other! This isn't the first time we have used Ward Home Improvements and it certainly won't be the last!

It can be difficult to find good tradespeople, and seemingly impossible to find excellent ones. And that's exactly what Jimmy Ward and his team are - excellent. They were on time, very organized and the quality of the work was top notch. The team were friendly, respectful and took real pride in their work. Understood my needs for the job, didn’t try to over sell.

Jimmy and the whole Ward team were very professional from start to finish- explained what the job entailed, quoted (reasonably) for what was required, and completed the job very neatly within the timeframe promised. They cleaned up everything, sent me pictures before and after, and explained what was done. Highly recommend! :)

Made contact really quickly, came round to look at the job within an hour or so, came back and completed the job within the next couple of hours. The whole repair took 4 minutes in total - straight up, straight to it, really quick. Very nice blokes. Will definitely use again.
