  We're so happy that we appointed Phil Ward to build our extension and are thrilled with the result. His quote was reasonable and the costs for every aspect of the build were detailed in the contract. We added a few extras and these costs were then agreed and factored in to the staged payments. Phil's communication was excellent - with us, his team, the architect and building inspector. He estimated 3 months to complete and this was spot on. We had complete faith in him and his brilliant team. They were professional, friendly, punctual and tidy. We would definitely recommend Ward Homes

  Phil and his dedicated team are true professionals in every sense of the word. Their work is absolutely exemplary, and their attention to detail is incredible. We really felt that the project was managed from start to finish as if they were working in their own homes. They were always on time, communication was great, the house was left very clean and tidy, and nothing was too much trouble. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend them and can't wait for them to return one day to carry out further projects for us.

  We are absolutely delighted with our partial garage conversion and removal of an internal wall, giving us a huge family space and new kitchen. Phil and his team were conscientious workers and were meticulous in every aspect of the build. Always left our home tidy and always took the time to answer our questions, explain what they were doing and what to expect. Kitchen and flooring looks gorgeous. Phil and his team were very attentive and gave advice when needed. Fabulous job - we love our new space! We would not hesitate in recommending Ward Homes.

• Orangery and new roof

  Phil and his team did a fantastic job preparing our orangery. They have a high standard of workmanship and work well together. The site was left clean and tidy each day, and they were always on time starting and finishing. Phil kept us informed of progress daily, and any issues to resolve, and the entire team was polite and courteous throughout. We are very pleased with the work they have done for us, and would gladly have them back for further projects on our home refurbishment. We highly recommend Ward Homes to other home owners.
