Reliable, good quality workmanship for a variety of works
We have had WPS carry out a series of works at our properties (painting, silicone, carpentry, lock and fireproofing works). The office is always a pleasure to deal with and they provide quotes in a timely manner. The work carried out has been to a good standard and completed within the quoted timelines. Fantastic company
Ward property services have carried out a number of jobs at my house and I have always been really happy with their professionalism and quality of works. They are polite and they also give really good advice when I needed guidance on certain decisions relating to the job. They take great care and always tidy up after every day. WPS went beyond expectations, great work!
The team from WPS have proven very capable, friendly, and informative. They offered expert advice when asked and clearly knew their trade. We had a complete new shower cubicle created and tiled, plus shower unit, extractor, and light fitted, plus the bathroom repainted and mosaic tile trim placed. We also had a new kitchen sink, drainer and mixer tap fitted. From a somewhat dreary room our bathroom now sparkles. We have recently had the good fortune to have a new porch canopy constructed by Ward Property Services and could not be happier. From our first phone contact with Dean to the inspection, advice and completion of the project everything was done with professional expertise. As we are in a conservation area the construction had to match exactly the original. Michael did this perfectly and is obviously a craftsman who takes a pride in his work. Likewise the roofing and the painting by Karol were carried out to the highest standard. Excellent work, trustworthy and fairly priced.
I booked WPS to completely repair and repaint my Ground Floor Victorian Flat plus replace my back door. As I live in Germany and rent out the flat it is vital for me to know the team will do a great job. My furniture, window sills ect were beautifully protected and I received a large file of before and after photos. I used WPS years ago to install a new heating and put in a modern bathroom and again the results were excellent. The price is more than fair and the office kept me informed every step of the way.
