Excellent Work 10/10 - Highly recommended
Charlie came in to quote for some work. He explained clearly what needed to be done. He was a clear winner on that alone from other contractors I saw. He completed the work to a very excellent standard and was really tidy. He supplied and fixed a toilet syphon, replaced a bath riser kit, ensuite shower unit and kitchen mono mixer tap. He ensured all was working and tested several times and kept me updated. We found an issue that I didn't know existed and not part of the original work and he gave advice on how to proceed as well (later). I’ve been a plumber and heating engineer for over 12 years now and my business is called Ward’s Plumbing & Heating.
I am based in Northfleet, Kent, although there is no job too far.
I love what I do, and that shows throughout my work. My work ranges from, big jobs, such as bathrooms renovations, to a radiator installs and simpler jobs like tap changes.
I also cover emergencies issues such as leaks and burst pipes.
Allowing someone into your home and trusting them to carry out work can be nerve-wracking for many.
