A quick fire swap, old one out, new one in
Old one out, new one in and commissioned
Bathroom tiling & revamp (pre seal) ready for the next tradesman to lay the flooring etc. A huge transformation from the original bathroom
A major leak causing damage to the downstairs of the property repaired after 3 companies before us failed to resolve the issue. The old flooring was laid directly on top of the pipework crushing it and causing leaks in several places. The insurance company instructed the removal of all flooring and pipework and instructed a full renewal of pipework, ready for a professional lay of flooring second time around
A conversion of a gravity fed system (ground floor flat) to a combi boiler. This instantly improved the water pressure etc that had been poor for years
A new gas run ran external to the house for the conversion of a back boiler and placement of a new combi boiler in the loft. Running externally minimised damage to the house and is a lot safer
2 new vertical radiators fitted, with matching TRVs, either side of the room with a new pipework run needed without damaging the floor
