Jon is a useless time-waster. After visiting to see my gas boiler, he expected me to find the replacement part! Then he wouldn't respond either by phone, text or email. Abandoned me in a cold house for weeks. There is no excuse for not responding.

Turned up at 8am, taking old boiler out and putting new one in its place, John had a bad back, but still the work was finished by mid morning, very polite and friendly man, I would definitely recommend him to anyone.

Boiler had a moment, John was there in under an. Hour and had me warm as toast in no time! Well recommended

Contacted John about gas fire removal from lounge and changing electrical switch to a socket. He was able to fit me in the next day as was in area. Arrived on time, got on with the job as requested and cleaned up afterwards. Just what we required and would recommend to anybody.
