We understand how expensive heating your home can be with constantly rising fuel prices and therefore our service is tailored towards providing honest energy efficiency advice, backed up by quality and customer-focused installations.
The company holds current Gas Safe, OFTEC & MCS Registration and we also work alongside the UK's leading Boiler Manufacturer, Worcester-Bosch which allows us to provide first-class warranties and after sales.
Our administration processes are kept simple and our technical surveys and quotations offer a full explanation of what's required during any proposed works and the impact that it will have on your home.
We currently cover a large area, including Essex and surrounding counties, with our office based in Billericay.

Very pleased with the work done, from start to finish
Full central heating system
Andy and Will did a amazing job. Lovely professional and respectful engineers. Installation was perfect. They are organised and 101% reliable. They are clever with getting around obstacles and finding a solution to problems. They went above and beyond to get the job done immaculately. They left my home clean and tidy. I'm so delighted house is nice and toasty. Infinity percent happy customer. Thank you Andy, Will and Amy.
Central heating system
I would highly recommend Warmer Homes as they are a very professional company. Steve, Andy and his team are very polite and friendly.
New boiler and tank
I chose this company based on the excellent reviews and they were not wrong. From the initial visit from Steve they could not do enough to help us - Andy and Will worked incredibly hard in extreme heat and maintained a pleasant disposition. They were a pleasure to have in our home and could not have done any more. I have the utmost faith they will return if there are any problems and cannot recommend them highly enough.
Replace Boiler
I have no reservations in giving Warmer Homes the highest recommendation possible. From the initial discussion with Steve about what type of boiler would suite our lifestyle to the installation by Andy and Will, the project was managed and completed in a very professional manner. The new boiler was installed to a very high standard, nothing was too much trouble, Andy and Will worked continuously under extreme weather conditions (30 degrees plus) without any complaints. I have no complaints at all about the solution offered by Warmer Homes, and the manner in which it was installed.
