    Sam refitted a damaged gas pipe and installed our gas hob for us. He also did some plumbing work for our sink. Nothing was a problem for Sam, he was friendly and really helpful, tidy and great workmanship. Would highly recommend!

    I used Sam at Warm Home Essex to carry out a Gas Safety Check and Boiler Service on a rented property. Sam liaised with the tenant of the property directly in order to arrange a convenient time with the Tennant, whilst keeping me up to date with the arrangements. He completed the work in the required timescale and did so in a professional and courteous manner. I subsequent called Sam out a few weeks later due to another issue the tenant had and he attended to the call very quickly. I will definitely be using Sam for any future Gas Safety Checks, Boiler Servicing of other related matters.

    Sam arrived during the 3 days in between Xmas and new year and was very punctual tidy and took care and pride in he’s work Sam moved my boiler from the kitchen space to loft area and run a new gas main from garage to the loft. Sam always went above and beyond and we will definitely be using he’s services in the near future.

    Sam from the quotation to install has been brilliant. Very professional, competitive quote and quality of workmanship. Having to replace an elderly parents boiler was daunting but Sam made the process really smooth and my mother felt at ease with the works being done. Would definitely use again for other heating bits.

My name is Samuel Martin and I am the Director of Warm Home Essex Limited. I have been in the heating industry since 2010. Firstly, a little bit about myself. I studied plumbing and heating for 3 years at college before coming an apprentice for a local reputable company. Within 1 year, I gained my Gas Safe qualification. I then went on to stay with the company for 8 and a half years. Within that time, the jobs I carried out were anything from; boiler installations and servicing, central heating installations and repairs, underfloor heating installs and repairs and unvented cylinder installations.


Summer 2022 I decided it was time to take the jump and start up on my own.


With over 10 years experience, specialising in the heating industry, I am confident in providing the best possible service for my customers.
