There were delays in starting this work, because the tenant of the flat made difficulties about access. By the time it started, we were in Lockdown and there were more delays due to unavailability of necessary fittings. These factors made the job far more difficult for Matt Davy than he could have expected, and he might have decided that it was not worth the inconvenience. But he carried out the work to a high standard with good humour and for the agreed price.

The work was very well done Matt is very personable, helpful and very reliable. Any issues he will assist immediately. I would highly recommend him.

I initially booked an appointment with Matthew to come to my house on the 4 July. Ten minutes before the appointment time he texted to cancel it. We rescheduled for the following day at the same time. They did not turn up and not even called to let me know. I called them several times and the phone was switched off. Really poor customer service! I would NOT recommend them at all
