Ripped out existing regular boiler, hot water cylinder and tanks in loft. Fitted new combi boiler in a new position at end of kitchen diner to free up space elsewhere. Customer is having a full length larder cupboard around it.
Combi conversion, first time i ve fitted a black boiler, customer very happy. High gloss black front panel looks very stylish, and i was able to give them a 10 year warranty.
Urgent combi replacement with new vertical flue, all thats left is to lag the pipes.

Old boiler ripped out, new one on wall, now just got to repipe and fit new flue

New Vaillant Heat only boiler in loft, old pipework throughout house so decided not to pressurise the system, just raised the F&E tank above boiler in loft.
Customer had big extension but didnt have room for an unvented cylinder, so installed Worcester floor standing Highflow boiler with a new watermain capable of delivering 20 liters per minute of hot water. Full repipe of central heating system for new part of house and then connecting to existing house.
After a full kitchen rip out, installed new boiler in cupboard at end of kitchen freeing up some cupboard space. New hot and cold pipework round to new sink position and new heating pipes under the boiler to existing heating.
New worcester greenstar combi boiler in new position in Kitchen. I chased out the wall and recessed the pipes into the wall and back out to allow granite work tops to be installed without having to cut them.
Another customer having building works needed a new boiler and unvented hot water cylinder in their garage to free up room in the house. I installed an ideal logic + and Main unvented cylinder. Gushing hot water at 25 liters a minute.

3 rd floor of Town house!! Had to get this lot up there. All finished here apart from i ve just put a temporary electric supply to it to test it just before my electrician came to wire it up and install a new fused spur.
There was an unvented cylinder here but was leaking badly. Along with the new cylinder i installed a new pump, 2 x 2 port valves and correctly installed an automatic bypass valve and magna clean to ensure the system is working correctly and kept clean
Had to route pipes around socket. Customer wanted to use them as only four sockets in Kitchen.
