From start to finish Leigh & Luke were amazing. Leigh came out to view the issues I had. Was very clear on what needed to be done, advised on the best form of works to prevent further issues down the line. Came back with a price within 2 days. Was given notice on when he could carry the work out. Leigh & Luke arrived the day and time they said they would. Ensured all areas were more than adequately protected. Talked me through the process of the work throughout the day. Left the areas clean and tidy. Would highly recommend and could not fault any of the work they done. Top job!

We were very impressed with the fantastic service delivered by Leigh and Luke. They provided a detailed report of the work that was required before we bought our home and gave us a fee estimate. We booked them in for work in September - they were extremely courteous throughout, although we had covered up our furniture, they went the extra mile to ensure our flooring and kitchen cupboards were protected. They were very efficient and finished the job sooner than planned and are clearly very knowledgeable about what they do and explained each step in terms we could understand. A great job!

They were very knowledgeable and clearly explained what needed doing. Communication was outstanding. They told me when they were coming and arrived on time. They were incredibly careful in moving heavy furniture and ensured everything was covered. I was extremely pleased and grateful, being disabled, that cleanef up thoroughly after the work was completed. I can"t express how imoressed I was. I would highly recommend this company.

Fully explained all aspects of each area of damp - some patches actually quite small and a couple where was whole wall. Really went to great lengths to explain all the options and why options existed for each area, 7 in total, detailing out what is bridging, wicking, penetration and ultimately rising. Some patches a mix of all. How this effected best most economical fix WITHOUT cutting any corners. The finish is absolute perfection - smoother than glass. Never met this person before - even if have to wait a bit, get this team on it!!! Cost felt fully justified a bit less than plan
