Thorough, Professional and Friendly
We were buying our first home and wanted to make sure we knew exactly what we were taking on, so we booked a Level 3 survey with Andy. It turned out to be one of the best decisions we made. Andy was friendly, professional and easy to deal with from the start. The report was really detailed but written in a way that was easy to understand, and it highlighted a few things we would never have spotted ourselves. He also took the time to go through everything with us afterwards and answered all of our questions without making us feel rushed. The survey gave us the confidence to move forward with
