  Oscar was professional and helpful from start to finish with a tricky kitchen sink pipe replacement. After coming out to review the job, he quickly identified some complications and explained it to us in a way that even we could understand. He went out of his way to find a solution for us, bringing in other trades without fuss, and got us up and running again. More than fair pricing and an absolute gent to have in the home. 100% would use again.

  Repair of leaking pipe and installation of bidet

  Oscar and his son did an outstanding job fixing our leaking pipe, which was in a very tricky position outside our house above a glass roof. They worked professionally and efficiently despite the difficult access. Oscar also kindly checked and repaired a burst pipe in our kitchen, even though it wasn’t part of the original job, which I was incredibly grateful for. He was friendly, reliable, and went above and beyond. I highly recommend Oscar to anyone looking for a skilled and trustworthy plumber.

  Oscar was very professional and well prepared. He changed and replaced three radiators for us. When he came to quote, he gave us knowledgeable advice which helped us buy the right products. He made two visits - one to remove the old radiators and another to install the new ones. He worked efficiently and cleaned up as he went. He also provided all the extra parts that were needed, including some missing pieces that didn't arrive with the new radiators. He finished the job earlier than quoted and even reduced the price. I would never have known any different, so I really appreciated his honesty

  Shower and stopcock replacement

  Oscar has been fantastic on what was a frustrating job for him, ended up having to come out 4 times in the end due to complications first with my internal stopcock being seized up, then the main inlet valve to the apartment block not working. He remained patient and courteous throughout, even though his time had been wasted. We got there in the end, with Oscar having to coordinate work through another plumber chosen by my management company to fix the main inlet valve at the same time. Very reasonable price too, will definitely be using him again for future jobs.
