  Karl was very knowledgeable and knew what the problem with the boiler was from the fault description. He worked efficiently and tidily. The problem fixed and boiler serviced in one visit.

  Karl is an experienced professional who was extremely efficient in diagnosing the problem, in providing me with alternative solutions and being able to fix the problem effectively. He is not only knowledgeable about plumbing but also with the electrics of plumbing. I was also impressed with his quick response time to my initial telephone inquiry, his willingness to fit in the appointment as soon as possible and upfront information concerning fees. I would not hesitate in recommending Karl and will be using Water Connections again should the need arise.

  The work was done in an hour, very efficiently and with the explanation of the fault and the resolution. The engineer was friendly and knowledgeable. I paid the agreed call our price plus the new parts which had to be replaced. I highly recommend this company!
